A well-established and growing Skilled Nursing parent company is launching a new Regional Wound Care Director role to support and elevate wound care programs across multiple facilities throughout Illinois.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance for wound care programs across assigned facilities

• Standardize best practices, documentation, and compliance protocols

• Mentor and educate wound nurses and facility leadership teams

• Ensure regulatory readiness and quality outcomes

• Monitor KPIs, audit documentation, and drive performance improvement

• Serve as the wound care subject matter expert at the corporate level

This is not a building-based role — it is a strategic, multi-site leadership position.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license (Illinois)

• Wound Care Certification (WCC, WOCN, or equivalent)

• 4+ years of SNF wound care experience

• Strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge

• Passion for education, mentoring, and program development

• Ability to travel between facilities within Illinois

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating at a regional level
