Job Description
The Corporate Affairs Specialist will support the O‑I Glass Corporate Affairs team, primarily across government relations, communications, and digital platform management. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders. The Specialist will play a critical enabling role—helping translate strategy into action through coordination, documentation, content development, reporting, and execution across internal and external channels.
Assertive, collaborative, and creative, this individual will be confident problem-solving independently and working as part of a lean team, in a role that will require willingness to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders from various cultures and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Overarching
Government Relations & Public Policy Support
Develop and maintain one‑pagers, issue briefs, policy position materials, and internal communications to drive alignment and action
Support internal stakeholder coordination on policy‑related topics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely execution
Coordinate engagement with trade associations and third‑party partners
Produce meeting summaries, action items, and follow‑ups
Maintain internal calendars for trade association activity and meetings
Maintain clear documentation of government relations strategies, plans, and activities
Otherwise support global and regional government relations initiatives
Communications & Content Support
Write, edit, and review messaging, talking points, statements and content for internal and external stakeholders and channels
Maintain editorial and content calendars
Manage internal video shoots and production logistics
Conduct social monitoring to identify and escalate potential reputational risks
Execute content audits as assigned to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with SEO/AEO standards
Websites, Digital Platforms & Channel Management
All other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position will be between $75,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
