Aspen Careers is proud to partner with a distinguished mid-size, full-service law firm based in Cleveland with a history dating back to the 1800's. They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their dynamic and expanding Corporate Practice Group.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle complex corporate transactions, including M&A and contract negotiations

• Serve as trusted outside General Counsel to business clients

• Support small business clients through all stages of growth and development

• Contribute to real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas in a team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate or business law

• Proven experience in M&A, sophisticated transactional work, and corporate governance

• A background in real estate law is a plus

• Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio

• A strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
