Corporate Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking an associate with three to five years of relevant experience to join its rapidly growing and nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice in New Orleans.

This is an opportunity to become a key contributor on a growing team, working across buy- and sell-side M&A deals, general corporate matters, and other business transactions.

Responsibilities

* Represent clients in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.

* Handle general corporate matters and other business transactions.

* Draft and negotiate complex transactional agreements.

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

* Three to five years of relevant corporate/transactional experience.

* Experience drafting complex transactional agreements.

* Excellent writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, superior organizational skills, and attention to detail.

* Louisiana law license required.
