Corporate Attorney – Transactional Practice

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a dynamic transactional practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with a collaborative team environment that values professional development, mentorship, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of business transactions.

• Advise clients on corporate and entity structuring, governance, and general business law matters.

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions of businesses, financing, and general commercial contracts.

• Conduct due diligence, prepare filings, and communicate with governmental bodies.

• Supervise closings and ensure smooth completion of transactions.

• Provide practical, business-focused legal solutions that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing of the Arizona Bar, or ability to become licensed in Arizona.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate law, entity structuring, business transactions, or related areas.

• Additional experience in venture capital, equity incentives, or construction law is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
