Overview

Responsibilities
Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of business transactions.
Advise clients on corporate and entity structuring, governance, and general business law matters.
Handle commercial real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions of businesses, financing, and general commercial contracts.
Conduct due diligence, prepare filings, and communicate with governmental bodies.
Supervise closings and ensure smooth completion of transactions.
Provide practical, business-focused legal solutions that align with client goals.
Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the Arizona Bar, or ability to become licensed in Arizona.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate law, entity structuring, business transactions, or related areas.
Additional experience in venture capital, equity incentives, or construction law is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
