Mid-sized regional law firm with offices in Greenwich, Connecticut and New York City has an immediate opening for an associate attorney to work in the business/commercial department out of our Greenwich, Connecticut office.
We are looking for an associate attorney with New York and Connecticut bar admissions. Connecticut required. One to four years of experience is preferable. Good drafting skills are a prerequisite. Requirements
2-5 years of demonstrated experience in Corporate -Business Law in CT/NY
Excellent technical, professional and client service skills
Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
Team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration
Connecticut and New York bar admission in good standing
