During this time our essential business is looking to train an amazing qualified Customer Account Manager who is looking for growth, personal and professional development, along with a long term career opportunity. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for putting people first. Someone with Customer Service, Retail, Food Service, Hospitality, Sales or like experience would fit well in this role. The selected individual will have an opportunity to take on more leadership over the next 3-6 months on a national scale. This role will have a soft sales focus and helping service our members with pre-set meetings via telecommunications will be the main focus of the initial stages of the position. Any qualified candidate should have strong communication skills, be looking to meet personal and team oriented goals, and ready to make a professional career change.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

· Associates or Bachelor Degree: Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Administration, or relative

· 3+ Years of Customer Service, Hospitality, Serving, Retail, Leadership, Food Service or relative

This position will ultimately require a Life Accident and Health license, but will not be needed in order to be considered for the role. This process and company investment in this process will be discussed 1:1 on an individual basis and is dependent upon candidates state regulations. Some states allow for immediate temporary licensing and others request a short online class - in which case we provide one on one support and mentoring during this brief process. This role is also based on commission with average income per writing agent of around 60-75K first year annually with no prior experience. This increases with management and experience.
