Are you an experienced long-term care DON looking for a change of pace?

We have an opportunity for a Director of Nursing to work on a corporate level, assisting with clinical leadership and clinical education, and process improvement for 12 long-term care facilities throughout the greater Minneapolis area. This position would provide temporary facility coverage for any DON openings within our network for communities while also helping to improve the care we provide to our residents. This role would join an established and experienced leadership team that focuses on providing the best possible care for our residents.

This is a long-term position and not a contract or interim position.  We are looking to add a valued member to our team who can help provide stability and future success.  

What we need:

• Strong clinical leader with a strong understanding of state regulations
• Experience as a DON and assessing policies and procedures
• Ability to travel within the greater Minneapolis area
• Current Minnesota state Registered Nursing License
• Ability to educate and mentor in coming Nurse leaders
• Previous Regional or consulting experience is a plus

• A competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 (Depending on experience)
