    Job Summary:

    Are you a strategic and driven In-House Real Estate Broker / Manager, ready to support the growth of our nationally recognized franchise brands? In this mid-level corporate role, you’ll lead real estate site selection and negotiations for new restaurant and retail locations, ensuring each deal aligns with our expansion strategy. From evaluating market trends and financial risks to negotiating leases and collaborating with landlords, you’ll play a key role in scaling our portfolio.     What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

    As our In-House Real Estate Broker / Manager, you’ll lead the charge in sourcing and securing high-performing sites across our expanding portfolio. You’ll identify new retail and restaurant opportunities, negotiate lease terms, and work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations to support successful deals. With a strong focus on market research, demographic analysis, and risk assessment, you’ll guide real estate strategies that balance growth and profitability. Your relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers will strengthen our pipeline and keep our expansion on track.

    What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

    Active Texas commercial real estate license (required)

    Professional certifications such as CCIM or SIOR are a plus

    3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in restaurant, retail, or franchise development

    Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience closing high-volume transactions

    Familiarity with strip malls, retail centers, and QSR real estate

    Proven ability to manage a multi-location real estate portfolio

    Proficiency in lease administration tools and financial modeling software

    Strong understanding of zoning laws, permitting processes, and site feasibility

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally and with external partners
