HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Corporate Controller for a 500+ bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include:

• Providing operational leadership and financial management expertise to manage corporate reporting and accounting functions by overseeing the completion of various financial reporting, month-end close, and audit preparations.
• Guiding team operations, collaborating with key stakeholders and developing strategies and initiatives for continuous process improvements to ensure alignment with department standards and company objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required, MBA preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of similar financial leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Certifications: CPA certification required
• Systems: Advanced information systems and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and strong analytical skills required.
