We’re partnering with a rapidly growing Miami-based company seeking a driven, forward-thinking Controller to help propel the business into its next phase of expansion.

If you’re looking for a true step up, this role puts you at the table with ownership. You’ll shape financial strategy, build scalable processes, and make a measurable impact from day one.

What You’ll Lead:

• Own daily accounting operations and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting

• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and performance optimization

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles

• Manage audits and ensure full compliance with accounting standards

• Mentor and develop a growing accounting team

• Provide insights and recommendations that influence executive decision-making

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)

• 6–15 years of progressive accounting experience with steady career advancement

• Solid ERP experience (NetSuite is a plus)

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Ability to work on-site in Miami, Monday–Friday
