Job Description
Manage transactional work for Longbridge Financial across all business areas, including but not limited to corporate contracts, loan products, HECMs and proprietary home equity loans, compliance, audits, complex transactional agreements and partner/vendor contracts.
Qualifications
Education / Qualifications / Job Requirements / Skills:
Juris Doctorate required
Active bar membership in good standing in any US jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years’ residential mortgage banking experience in legal/compliance.
Reverse mortgage experience or HELOC experience, a plus.
Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of US privacy and data security laws.
Strong contract drafting, redlining and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, All-regs.com, Lexis-Nexis, Practical Law Connect, Loan Operating Systems, a plus
Sound Judgment and ability to analyze information and systems.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
