Job Description
As a Corporate Development Analyst at SIXT, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact strategic initiatives that drive our transformation into one of the world’s leading mobility providers. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development & PMO and collaborating closely with the US CFO and cross-functional teams, you will help execute projects that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain exposure to corporate strategy, finance, and cross-functional execution.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You develop and execute project plans focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and performance improvement to drive measurable business impact
- You partner with internal (U.S. & international) and external stakeholders to align strategic objectives, ensuring seamless project execution and impactful results
- You present complex findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership while maintaining detailed project documentation, including strategic objectives, financial impact analysis, and risk assessments
- You oversee end-to-end project implementation, proactively addressing risks, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives
- You collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making and optimize business performance
- You contribute to organization-wide projects, support OKRs, must-win projects, and KPI tracking while managing risks, dependencies, and performance initiatives
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education & Experience You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred) and bring 3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or project management
- Communication & Collaboration You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills You are highly organized with strong attention to detail, pragmatic in approach, and solution-oriented when handling cross-functional projects
- **Leadership & Adaptability **You are a team player with leadership potential, able to adjust to changes, manage competing priorities, and motivate others
- Technical Expertise You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) with familiarity in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Workboard preferred)
- **Self-Motivation & Reliability **You work autonomously, take full ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver results with a proactive, dependable mindset.
