    This is not an Employment Law litigation position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advise business clients on EEOC charges and responses, including related documentation and processes
    • Counsel business clients on workplace discrimination issues, investigating claims, and developing strategies for resolution
    • Review, draft, and update employee handbooks and company policies to ensure compliance with employment regulations
    • Assist with employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and other related documentation
    • Provide guidance on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, and others
    • Conduct employee training on workplace policies and legal issues as needed
    • Stay updated on changes in employment law and inform clients of potential impacts on the business operations

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of progressive experience in corporate employment & labor law
    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
    • Licensed and in good standing with Missouri State Bar
