    Pieces Tech is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Assistant to provide general HR support and guidance to our team on this journey.   Under supervision, the Sr. Human Resources Assistant will perform a variety of day-to-day operations and functions pertaining to HR activities, policies, processes and procedures, and payroll processing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assisting with recruitment and interview process
    • Conducting and managing onboarding for all new hires
    • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
    • Maintaining employee confidence and protecting operations by keeping human resource information confidential
    • Data entry in the applicant tracking system to ensure information is entered in an accurate and timely manner
    • Managing human resource information system records and compiling reports from the database as needed.
    • Assisting with the preparation and training of hiring managers on recruitment process and system.
    • Conducting the exit process.
    • Assists with Benefits enrollment for new employees
    • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains reports
    • Monitor compliance with HR process such as licensure and certifications, mandatory education and training, etc.
    • Serve as point of contact with benefits vendors and administrators
    • Assist with performance management process
    • Assist with processing payroll and resolving issues

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of six to 10 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree is preferred.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Prior HR Generalist experience with emphasis in Recruiting required. Payroll processing and benefits administration experience is a plus. Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Professional certification from HRCI and/or SHRM preferred.
