Pieces Tech is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Assistant to provide general HR support and guidance to our team on this journey. Under supervision, the Sr. Human Resources Assistant will perform a variety of day-to-day operations and functions pertaining to HR activities, policies, processes and procedures, and payroll processing. EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of six to 10 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Prior HR Generalist experience with emphasis in Recruiting required. Payroll processing and benefits administration experience is a plus. Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Professional certification from HRCI and/or SHRM preferred.
