Be a change agent for the way health care is being delivered!  Activate Healthcare allows you to practice medicine in the manner in which you were trained, with a holistic and integrated approach.  We are looking for a NP or PA to join a new clinic opening soon in Peoria IL.  We seek providers that have a passion for focusing on the patients and delivering health care services that promote health and wellness to improve conditions and promote a culture of healthier employees and families.  No administrative hassles or billing insurance companies.  Master's prepared nurse practitioner or physician assistant with 1-2 years of work experience preferably in primary care or family practice.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and influence at the C-level
• Motivated by customer success and dedicated to driving long term value within accounts
• Deep understanding of Agile practices and benefits
• Self-motivated, with ability to handle multiple tasks and accounts, and prioritize appropriately
• Track record of using data to drive activity
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Technical aptitude and experience working with enterprise software tools

DESIRED SKILLS

• Expertise working with large, complex accounts in a customer facing role
• Background working with large, complex projects or programs
• 2+ years of relevant work experience within a SaaS or subscription software company
