We are seeking a meticulous Corporate FSQA Program Lead to oversee, write, and audit our food safety systems across two SQF-certified facilities. This corporate-level role focuses on high-level compliance, system design, and policy infrastructure. You will directly oversee the onsite FSQA Manager who handles daily facility-level floor operations, allowing you to focus on governance, documentation, and continuous audit readiness. Responsibilities: • Policy & System Ownership: Author, update, and maintain the overarching corporate SQF system, corporate policies, and safety procedures for multi-site locations across warehouses, manufacturing, and packaging departments. • Audit Leadership: Act as the leading authority for all GFSI, SQF, and third-party compliance audits. • Specialized Compliance: Maintain multi-site certification records, including Kosher and sustainable sourcing standards (RSPO, UTZ) • Documentation Oversight: Partner with our internal Product Support Specialist to review and approve product specification sheets, allergen controls, and ingredient/nutritional (I/N) panels. • Cross-Site Governance: Establish multi-site compliance loops to ensure corporate food safety standards are uniformly executed by the onsite plant FSQA team. Qualifications: • Proven experience building, writing, and auditing SQF/GFSI food safety systems. • Active SQF Practitioner certification. • Background in confectionery manufacturing (panned/enrobed chocolates, allergen control, chocolate fats microbiotics) is highly preferred.
