    We're looking for a Membership Coordinator for one of our downtown Atlanta locations.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

    POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for selling memberships based on monthly revenue and unit goals.

    TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Prospect and sell memberships

    Assists General Manager in developing and delivering marketing plan

    Develop and deliver corporate membership campaigns

    Deliver effective programs to minimize attrition

    Promotes active member wellness programs, personal training, Pilates, etc.

    Assists in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of club facilities.

    Provide excellent customer service in corporate and facility environment

    Performs various other duties and assignments as necessary or required.

    Markets the club internally and externally to existing and new corporate contacts.

    Meeting with prospective members, providing them with the necessary information about the club while maintaining high standards of professional.

    Manages budget set forth by General Manager

    Prepares and sends reports regarding membership

    May be asked to assist in other areas of the fitness center from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Requires leadership and managerial skills. Requires good interpersonal and written communications skills. Requires experience in sales, marketing, and customer service Requires basic word processing and spreadsheet skills. Requires a sincere interest in fitness and health and a desire to maintain or improve one’s own level of fitness.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    B.S. degree

    Two year sales experience in a multi-recreational facility.

    Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
