    We're currently looking for a skilled and licensed massage therapist to work in one of our brand new fitness center locations at a first class corporate office park in Alpharetta.

    This office complex is home to a list of prominent Fortune 500 companies. This would a great opportunity to build a client base from multiple tenants and offices. Schedule is TBD

    The Massage Therapist position-

    Provide Massage Therapy to our clients through chair or table massage. Massages will vary in length and type. Massage Therapists treat clients by touch and manipulation of soft tissue to relieve pain, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients. Therapists must always be professional in dress and demeanor and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Non-massage related conversation is discouraged unless prompted by the client to answer questions.

    TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Some of the duties would consist of the following

    Arrive on time in order to begin massage in accordance with scheduled appointment

    Always have chair or table prepared with clean sheets/towel/pillow

    Talk with clients about symptoms, medical history, injuries, conditions and desired results

    Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas

    Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs

    Correctly input and track massages following each session or hours according to CHU standards

    Demonstrate proper technique at all times

    Excellent customer service skills

    Reliable transportation required

    Be an advocate for CHU at all times

    Display a professional and positive attitude at all times, communicating with empathy and trust to provide a positive experience for all clients

    Maintain all required certifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Excellent customer service skills needed. One or more years’ massage experience is preferred. Completion of Massage Therapy program requiring at least 500 hours of study. Proof of Current and valid state license for Massage Therapy and Professional Liability insurance. Copies are required for file, along with updated licensing each renewal year.
