    World leader in digital imaging, precision optics and photo imaging technology is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team!!!! | OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Provide administrative support to sales department. Ensure EDI orders are accurately processed and released. Facilitate any and all changes or cancellations to existing orders. Assist photo sales force and regional support staff in the day to day operations of the Photo Sales Department. DESCRIBE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Process and release EDI orders in an efficient and timely manner Facilitate any and all changes or cancellations to existing orders in an efficient and timely manner keeping manager apprised at all times. Prepare sales and inventory reports when needed. Provide full administrative support to the Photo Sales Department

    Ancillary responsibilities:

    Assist management in administrative preparation of sales and other meetings

    All other duties as required or needed.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    A minimum of 3-5 years’ administrative experience High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA Preferred Strong SAP skills Strong MS Office applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational & time management skills. Excellent teamwork and problem resolution skills. Strong analytical skills. Self-Directed with a keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency and accountability Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to Work with Cross-Departmental and Cross-Company Teams. Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours as needed. Ability to implement measures to motivate employees and to improve service performance, quality and/or efficiency. Ability to analyze data and information. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to communicate information verbally and in writing so that others will understand. Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. HYBRID Schedule- 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
