Corporate Job Bank is offering immediate interviews to qualified individuals. Minimum qualifications are:

• 3+ years experience front line underwriting experience preferably with multiple investors
• LAPP/SARs preferred but not required
• DE/CHUMs certifications a highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, FNMA, and FMAC guidelines and standards.
• Strong working knowledge of LP, DU , or other AUSs.
• Current hands on underwriting experience.
