Corporate Job Bank is hiring an experienced Account Executive | Branch Manager for our latest satellite location in the Coolidge, AZ area.

The Account Executive | Branch Manager will work with organizational leadership to develop and market MSP solutions through our Southern territory which includes Coolidge, Casa Grande, Florence, San Tan Valley, and Queen Creek areas.
Accountabilities include:
· The primary accountability for this role will be to build relationships with the business owners and leaders in our Southern Territory.
· Open new clients for Corporate Job Bank.
· Sell a variety of personnel services including contingent direct hire (search) and temp-to-hire staffing services.
· Identify target industries and organizations.
· Build brand identity in the community.
· Partner with community organizations to support the community.
· Works with operations, and executive leadership on bids, proposals, and presentations.
· Manage a small team of Recruiters and administrative staff.
· Training and development of outside sales staff on the MSP model.
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
· 3+ years of experience in sales and leadership in Coolidge, Casa Grande, Florence, San Tan Valley, and Queen Creek areas.
· Community relationships. We have found time and time again; that community service and relationships build strong customer partnerships.
· A proven track record of success in selling and implementing services and goods.
· Unwavering integrity and ambition.
· Ability to develop and deliver professional and polished bids, proposals, and presentations to customers at every level within target organizations (from executive leadership down to hiring managers).
