    OVERVIEW:

    An exciting opportunity to join the award-winning Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) team of a premier global AM 100 law firm. As a K&I Attorney, you’ll work at the forefront of legal transformation—empowering corporate legal teams with next-generation tools, best-in-class knowledge systems, and cutting-edge legal technology. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a collaborative, tech-curious M&A or Capital Markets attorney ready to enhance practice group excellence and deliver measurable client value.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Practice Enablement: Develop, manage, and optimize knowledge resources, precedents, and market data for corporate/M&A lawyers.
    • Innovation Leadership: Identify and implement legal tech and process improvements to support practice workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and solve pain points.
    • Training & Adoption: Deliver engaging practice-specific training, demos, and communications to drive tech adoption—including generative AI solutions.
    • Client-Facing Impact: Support client engagement by creating scalable, value-driven knowledge materials and participating in innovation-focused discussions.
    • Legal Tech Evaluation: Assess and recommend tools that enhance transactional efficiency and knowledge capture.
    • Thought Leadership: Stay on the pulse of legal innovation trends and provide strategic insights to elevate practice group performance.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • J.D. and 4+ years of experience practicing Capital Markets, M&A or corporate law at a top-tier firm.
    • Deep understanding of transactional workflows, legal documents, and deal dynamics.
    • Demonstrated interest in legal innovation, tech adoption, and process improvement.
    • Experience supporting private equity clients is a strong plus.
    • Prior experience in a knowledge, innovation, or legal tech role is preferred.
    • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
