Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our M&A practice, you will work closely with our clients to provide sophisticated legal counsel on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions

• Manage deal processes and client relationships

• Supervise junior associates and provide guidance on M&A matters

• Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on various M&A related matters

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions law

• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school

• Strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating documents, managing deal processes, and supervising junior associates
