Role Overview
The firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with substantial M&A experience to join its corporate group. You will work on a broad range of strategic transactions for leading technology and life sciences clients, including public and private deals, cross-border work, and other complex corporate matters.
You will be part of a highly collaborative team, working closely with partners and clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on public and private M&A transactions for technology and life sciences clients
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documents
Manage deal processes, including due diligence, closing checklists, and timelines
Coordinate with specialists across tax, IP, employment, and other practice areas
Support clients on general corporate governance and strategic matters related to transactions
Requirements
3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm
Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction where you will be based, or eligible to waive in within 3–6 months
Strong academic credentials
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with, or interest in, technology and life sciences clients is a plus
Visa sponsorship is not available
Sitting for a new bar exam is not supported for this role
Compensation & Work Setup
Base salary: 260,000 to 310,000 USD, depending on experience and location
