• Prepare and file formation and dissolution documents for corporations, LLCs, and limited
  partnerships in all 50 states.
• Draft bylaws, corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, LLC operating agreements, and
  limited partnership agreements.
• Maintain detailed records of corporate filings, compliance deadlines, and legal
  documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and
  providing status updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with corporate governance and state
  regulations.
• Assist clients in obtaining EINs, business licenses, and state tax registrations.
• Follow firm guidelines and procedures meticulously while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications Experience:
 Minimum of 1-2 years of corporate paralegal experience.
 Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience required.
 Strong knowledge of corporate formation and compliance processes across multiple
states.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
