JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for ensuring shop inventory is available and accessible for shop technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer item-related questions, troubleshoot parts issues and inquiries from inventory locations and Fleet Support
Manage equipment bill of materials
Create new Item Numbers to be managed by internal Inventory Locations
Other duties as assigned
Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports
Maintain part levels at a sustainable level for technicians for repairs
