    Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our corporate office and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced business setting. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments

    Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable

    Receive and distribute mail and packages

    Provide basic administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry

    Coordinate conference room bookings and assist with meeting preparations

    Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed

    Support HR, Operations, and other departments with special projects

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred, but not required

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Professional appearance and positive attitude

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
