    Our Corporate Recruiters are tasked with successfully managing, prioritizing and closing searches against a timeline to support the hiring needs for assigned functions. S/he is an energetic and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, embrace challenges and hard work, have fun, and get the job done. A Corporate Recruiter will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging trusting relationships with senior executives and hiring managers. The ability to prioritize time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency will be critical success factors in this role.

    Role:

    Become an expert in recruiting top sales talent.

    Be a head-hunter –source candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media and campus recruiting events

    Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers, and recruiting leadership

    Deploys and executes strategies for high volume recruitment across multiple lines of business

    Serve as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and field HR partners to ensure successful recruitment, evaluation, and selection of candidates across diverse geographical locations and lines of business

    Act as a brand ambassador for Circle Logistics in the marketplace, championing the company’s brand to build awareness and attract diverse, high performing talent

    Leverage business knowledge, market intelligence, and industry trends to support the build of quality candidate slates and inform hiring decisions

    Skills And Abilities:

    1-3 years of recruiting experience

    Thrive in a metrics-driven environment

    Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and HubSpot preferred

    Experience sourcing talent and driving applications through phone calls

    Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic

    Use of cloud/web-based applicant tracking or automated recruitment modules, mobile applications, and candidate relationship tools

    Social and digital recruiting savvy

    Excellent cold calling skills

    Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level

    Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills

    Self-assurance and sound judgment when working with hiring managers and team members

    Knowledge and experience in behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing
