What you bring
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience — bonus points if you've done this in a high-growth company or staffing environment where things move fast and you've thrived in the chaos!
Experience recruiting for corporate functions like Sales, Operations, Finance, or similar roles — you know how to speak the language of different departments
Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter — you're comfortable navigating these tools like a pro
Communication and relationship-building superpowers — you can influence without authority and build genuine connections with hiring managers and candidates alike
The ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball or sacrificing quality (we know you're talented, but you're not a magician!)
A data-driven mindset — you actually enjoy pulling recruiting reports and turning numbers into actionable insights
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry experience — nice to have, but not a dealbreaker if you're passionate about recruiting!
