Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate, technical, and operational roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates in a competitive hiring environment. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications, fit, and alignment with role requirements
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
- Represent the organization professionally in candidate interactions and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment guidelines and standards
- Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve process and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools
- Comfortable working with hiring managers across different functions and seniority levels
