Responsibilities: Core Focus Areas And Success Metrics: • Engage a steady flow of inbound leads: Respond within 1 hour, qualify, and craft the perfect branded-gift solution. (≥ 55% win rate on qualified inquiries) • Grow new business: Build and work target lists of U.S. enterprise midmarket prospects; deliver 50+ high-quality touchpoints per day across phone, email, and social • AI-Powered Cold Email: Run 10K+ send/mo multi-domain cold-email programs (Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, or Smartlead.ai); A/B-test copy with ChatGPT/Gemini; Maintain deliverability, reply rate, and domain health • Personalize at scale: Use ChatGPT DALLE or similar platforms to craft tailored visuals and messaging. (CTR meeting conversion) • Own the deal flow: Manage everything from qualification, pricing, payment, design mock-ups, through production via Pipedrive, Slack, Trello, and Veracore • Pipeline Health: Keep CRM spotless and provide a crisp weekly forecast. (100% stage/touch accuracy) Qualifications: Must Have Experience: • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales • Consistent success against a $1.5M+ annual revenue goal • Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for list and pipeline analysis • Reliable home office setup Nice To Have: • Real-world expertise with multi-domain cold email platforms and deliverability best practices • Strong command of generative-AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL-E, Gemini). • Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, Google Workspace, Pipedrive, Apollo, Trello, Slack, Zoom • Background in corporate gifting, promo products, or ecommerce Compensation Commission Structure: • Base Salary: $60,000 per year plus commission. OTE: $150,000 – $165,000. • Steady inbound lead flow • Work from the office, hybrid, or fully remote. Compensation: $60,000 per year plus commission
