Title: Corporate Sales Training Manager - Cardiology
Territory: Pittsburgh, PA - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home when there isn't a training class. Training class weeks will be 4-5 days a week in the office.

Description:
- Build and deliver comprehensive training programs via a variety of blended learning processes and training methods
- Create training documents and materials to present during training classes
- Become the expert and go-to person for all aspects related to products, training topics, sales and sales coaching
- Develop appropriate real-world selling conversations for role plays with minimal oversight
- Monitor training programs and materials to ensure that they are effective and update as indicated
- Collaborate throughout the year on process improvements
- Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university required
- At least 8 years combination of experience in Field Based Selling PLUS Corporate Sales Training.
- Experience creating content, utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or other software.
- Leading training sessions and speaking in front of large groups of attendees required
- Experience coaching/training sales reps required
- Experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary: $150K
