About the Role:
Our client, a top-ranked international law firm, is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public company reporting, capital markets, and/or corporate governance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters alongside nationally recognized attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise public companies on SEC reporting, compliance, and corporate governance matters

• Support capital markets transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings

• Handle corporate governance, regulatory filings, and board advisory work

• Collaborate on M&A and general corporate matters for both public and private clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with public company compliance, capital markets, or governance

• Strong academic credentials and law firm training

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Must be licensed in Colorado or eligible for waiver
