Job Description
The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data used in the Marketing Department’s direct mail campaigns utilizing specific tools such as Salesforce and phone/internet research. The Data Integrity Specialists will be responsible for compiling lists of accurate data for mailing on strict timelines and specific quality assurance guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in our direct mail campaigns
- Conduct searches on sites such as Zywave, Hoovers, ERISA, LinkedIn & Google to validate or correct prospect information
- Compile and update accurate information to Salesforce database and Excel reports
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
An ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Database, administrative, and/or research experience
- Self-driven initiative and performance of the highest quality, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with databases, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize the urgency of competing requests and take charge to meet deadlines.
- Timely follow-through and excellent organizational skills
- Experience and commitment to working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
