Corporate Valuation Advisors, Inc. ("CVA") is a full-service valuation and financial advisory firm. Founded in 1988, CVA has over 35 years of experience providing value opinions. CVA also provides property tax consulting services for clients throughout the United States. Property tax consulting services offered by CVA provide clients with a cost-effective, risk-free means of confirming equitable real property tax assessments.

Position

The ideal candidate for this full-time sales role will be an experienced professional responsible for generating new business, managing property tax appeal processes and maintaining existing customer relationships specific to the property tax consulting services offered by CVA. Property tax consulting service clients are property owners and lessees, primarily in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, contact and present CVA's property tax consulting services to property owners and lessees to generate proposal opportunities and secure new business to expand our customer base.
• Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve revenue generation targets for new and recurring business as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Experience in financial services, real estate valuation, real estate assessment, property management and/or real estate brokerage highly preferred.
• Successful track record in new business development and/or account management.
• Experience in telemarketing/cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation

A base salary will be provided commensurate with experience. The position also offers the opportunity to earn bonuses based on individual performance and overall company performance. Full or part-time opportunities are available. Standard benefits including company-paid healthcare are offered.
