    Corra is looking for a Client Partner (CP) who is responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of accounts with set revenue, profitability and client satisfaction targets. The CP manages his/her portfolio with a holistic perspective, understanding that growing accounts is the result of an inspired team delivering exceptional work to a client who is happy with the overall client experience and recognizes unique and incremental business value in Corra’s services to their business. The CP has the experience and intuition to adjust their approach as needed to accomplish our client’s business goals and objectives. The CP possesses strong business acumen, the curiosity required to understand our clients’ businesses, the innate desire to solve problems and the ability to leverage all agency capabilities to address our clients’ challenges.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients
    • Drives long-term portfolio growth by building multi-year Account Plans
    • Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure that solutions are linked to objectives & demonstrable results that meet or transform our client’s business and needs
    • Continually increase knowledge of the client’s business (and industry trends) often serving as the client’s first line consultant
    • Expand contacts with key client executives and maintain strong relationships that produce new opportunity pipelines
    • Analyzing key ecommerce data metrics and being able to demonstrate and communicate ROI when needed
    • Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting
    • Act as an escalation point to remove barriers for the delivery team to ensure work is delivered on budget, and ensure we invoice clients according to the contracted terms in a timely and accurate manner

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 10+ years agency experience, preferably digital
    • 7+ years account management experience required. Client-side brand experience a plus
    • Experience with various digital project types including: project implementations, managed services, strategic consulting and initiatives, complex digital transformations
    • Strong knowledge and experience in ecommerce and the digital landscape
    • Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue
    • Success at building and maintaining senior-level relationships
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
    • Proven ability to craft a strategy and inspire others to follow it
    • Excellent public speaking and client management skills
    • Impeccable team leadership skills
    • Strong communication skills - ability to command a room and tell a compelling story, persuade, and negotiate
    • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
    • Demonstrates attention to detail
    • Platform experience and working with Magento Commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Shopify Plus
    • Previous experience in Delivery a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a technology sector
