    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will provide superior customer service and a positive experience to all customers. You will enjoy providing solutions to customers and advising products and services. You do not mind splitting your time between the office and remote to ensure we are at a quality you can be proud of. We work in an environment that is centered on being a part of a team and being included in a family atmosphere. By bringing together diverse individuals who have an array of expertise, skills, and potential, helps senior management to create progressive solutions for clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
