Job Description

We are seeking several highly motivated individuals with strong leadership potential to join our rapidly expanding team at the Correa Group of Texas! Since 1951, AIL has served as the exclusive life benefits provider for our nation's police, firefighters, and other high risk occupations through their unions and associations. As a Privileged Provider, we do not deal with the general public. As a result, we do not solicit, cold-call, canvass, or even advertise, and we DO NOT pay for leads.

We will be seeing a large number of candidates for this position along a 3-stage virtual interview process. First, all candidates will be invited to attend a Career Briefing. Here, we will explain A to Z about our company history, and our open opportunities available. At the end of the Briefing, all candidates will be asked to submit a Statement of Candidacy letter. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited back for a final one-on-one interview at our Balcones Heights office, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time.

Entry level typically earn $60,000+ in their first year. Advancement into Leadership positions is possible for any candidates who enroll in the Leadership Career Track. Leadership income typically exceeds a $100,000/year level in 18 months or less.
