    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    The International Sales Manager works with the International Team to assist in international sales and marketing activities, relationship management, and the sales development functions of the company.  The main objective is to achieve maximum sales growth and expansion within the assigned territories by effectively selling, educating, and preparing marine dealers to sell the company’s products.  The regions this position covers are: Europe, Africa, Russia, Turkey, and Israel. Successful candidates must be willing to travel 30 - 40% of the time.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serves as a liaison between Correct Craft and its dealer network to service existing relationships, obtain orders, and establish new accounts that support the company. Objectives
    • Analyzes market potential and evaluate the strategic importance and significance of existing and prospective customers to make appropriate changes to the dealer network when necessary
    • Maintains strong relationships with marine dealers, strategic partners, and key industry contacts. engaging in conflict management and resolution as needed.
    • Supply management and other departments with feedback about customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s Degree preferable
    • 5 plus years' of sales experience
    • Marine Industry experience is preferred
    • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
    • Energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual
    • Well-organized and self-directed team player
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience analyzing budgets and reports
    • Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation and customer service
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
    • Valid driver’s license (subject to Motor Vehicle Check)
