PROJECT EXECUTIVE – INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE FACILITIES – MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

LOCATION: Birmingham, AL

COMPENSATION: $110 - $150K.  Bonus, Vehicle, Full Benefits

What we are looking for:

·         COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE $5M+ in size

·         COLD STORAGE CONSTRUCTION MARKET experience is ideal, but not required

·         SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE OF concrete, structural, and insulation building methods is preferred

·         MASTERY OF SCOPE, SCHEDULE, AND BUDGET to track and deliver profitable results on large projects

·         FIELD LEVEL KNOWLEDGE of how the trades come together from the ground up

·         FIELD EXPERIENCE is a plus

·         SYSTEMS APTITUDE to adapt to highly technical project environment including engineered mechanical and refrigeration systems
