Description
Responsible for building, maintaining, and increasing sales volume Responsibilities: Develop and implement a successful sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Build strong business relationships with customers to generate sales volume. Manage customer agreements and all relevant documentation. Lead the renewal processes within your assigned geographic area. Create an annual sales forecast, including volume, prices, and margins, for assigned customers. Implement optimization plans for each customer as outlined in the Operational Master Plan (OMP). Analyze sales results, including margins and market share, within your geographic area and collaborate with local teams and the Sales Director to implement action plans as needed. - Ensure compliance with communication procedures to maintain alignment with all SPK stakeholders.
Promote the use of company business information systems to ensure accurate reporting and sound decision-making. Monitor and analyze performance, launching corrective action plans with relevant stakeholders as necessary. Track new product launches, trials, site approvals, and first deliveries within your geographic area, and report results to the Sales Director. Communicate customer needs and expectations to the Sales Director to develop proactive solutions.
Prepare and share the annual cost forecast for marketing and communication initiatives with the Sales Director.
Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience, specifically in corrugated and/or packaging sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to build and manage customer business relationships.
Strong focus and drive to consistently deliver results and meet or exceed goals.
