About the Role:

AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC is looking for a skilled Corrugator Operator to join our team in Calhoun, GA! This is a hands-on opportunity to play a critical role in our production process, operating state-of-the-art corrugating equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor corrugator machinery to produce corrugated board and packaging materials

Perform routine equipment inspections, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance

Monitor production runs to ensure quality standards and minimize waste

Read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and specifications

Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and temperature to meet product requirements

Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols

Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet daily output goals

Requirements:

Prior experience operating a corrugator or similar industrial packaging machinery preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Ability to read and follow job orders, production specs, and work instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with physical demands

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high production quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards

Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred.
