    Cortica is looking for an ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST to join our growing multi-disciplinary team!

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    • Serve as the primary interface for incoming patient inquiries, guiding families through our enrollment process, and tracking their eligibility status for services.
    • Schedule initial medical evaluations, care plan meetings, working across multiple disciplines to provide rapid inquiry to enrollment cycle time.
    • Work with patients to complete enrollment application and eligibility materials, providing necessary preparation instructions.
    • Assist the Enrollment Coordinator with ancillary tasks related to overall company enrollment across all sites.
    • Prepare, process, and manage patient documentation to department database as relevant to scheduling.
    • Responsible for overseeing and performing a wide variety of clerical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of computers and other equipment.
    • Know the existing lines of communication and authority, handles communications properly and is dependable and cooperative.
    • Work with staff and understands appropriate scheduling process.
    • Assist clinical office staff with scheduling issues in a timely manner.
    • Handle heavy phone volume.
    • Flex work hours to meet department needs (i.e., Mon-Fri from 10:30am-6pm and Sat from 9:00am-5:30pm).
    • Position is full-time temporary, 4 months from start date

    WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

    • You possess Bachelor's Degree 
    • You will have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Applications. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
    • You have strong verbal and written communication
    • You have customer service experience (preferably over the phone)
