What You’ll Do
Run all stations and support BOH operations
Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
Lead by example with professionalism and positive energy
Adapt and problem-solve on the fly
Contribute to a collaborative, guest-first kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
Solid cooking techniques and knife skills
Great communication, organization, and leadership presence
Experience in upscale or fine dining preferred
Familiarity with seasonal menus and premium ingredients
WA State Food Handler Card (required)
Culinary Degree strongly preferred

Pay: $30–$33/hr Think of this as your springboard to Chef-dom. Sous Chefs at ESR are members of our management team and are compensated accordingly, with expectations of a standard 45 hour work week. This is a Non-exempt Hourly Management role and does not participate in tip sharing. (potential to earnings of $70K-$75K annually)
