Job Description

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to become an integral part of the Corvus team! Corvus is a national franchisor, focused on janitorial and commercial cleaning activities. In ten short years, from a standing start, we have grown four fold. We've done so by empowering our teammates, to think, act and operate like owners. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations, liaising with crews and customer accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and improve operational practices
• Ensure customer satisfaction and client relationship
• Provide training and support to franchisees
• Coordinate logistics and documentation relating to franchisees and customer
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

• Previous field customer service skills
• Strong organization abilities and time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Team oriented, selfless and committed to helping the entire organization win

​COMPENSATION:

• Base Salary of $32-36k PLUS Commissions. First year earnings expectations is around $38k - $44k.
• Travel reimbursement with your own vehicle (Gas, mileage, and tolls).

• Health and Dental benefits after 3 months of employment.
