CORY is hiring a Director of Operations who is passionate and driven about leading a team and driving operational performance. This position would be ideal for a Hospitality operations leader who is looking for an exciting new challenge and opportunity to transition into the Real Estate space.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Plan, oversee, and implement operations strategy aligned with company growth plans.
- Streamline vital operational activities and ensure teams perform tasks per established expectations.
- Review and regularly analyze department data, including financial, productivity-related, performance, and work-order data and metrics relating to maintenance programs and operations.
- Assist in the leadership and strategic direction of the organization, taking on critical operational tasks.
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team leads, fostering an environment of growth and efficiency.
- Oversee system management, collaborating with internal and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Make recommendations and ensure the company’s allocation of resources aligns with business needs and goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal business laws.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in multisite operations, preferably from the hospitality industry.
- Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
