JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a Property Manager in the Cape Coral, FL, area. This Property Manager will play a vital role in bringing company culture to life onsite while overseeing multiple levels of operations and leading an established team.

• Day-to-day operations for a Class A community

• Manage a team of 5+, including maintenance and leasing staff

• Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws

• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of Property Management experience

• Strong interpersonal relationship and organizational skills

• Experience in Onesite, Yardi, Real Page, or similar real estate platforms
