    Our client is an innovative, tech-driven real estate company that provides property maintenance services to institutional asset managers and property management companies on a multi-state level. They have exciting growth plans and are seeking a talented industry leader to join their executive team!

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are hiring a hardworking and motivated Vice President of Operations. This role will report to the CEO and is crucial, tasked with defining and executing best-in-class operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate is an experienced SFR operator who can develop and motivate a team of professionals.

    • Plan, oversee, and implement operations strategy aligned with company growth plans.

    • Streamline vital operational activities and ensure teams perform tasks per established expectations.

    • Review and regularly analyze department data, including financial, productivity-related, performance, and work-order data and metrics relating to maintenance programs and operations.

    • Assist in the leadership and strategic direction of the organization, taking on critical operational tasks.

    • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team leads, fostering an environment of growth and efficiency.

    • Oversee system management, collaborating with internal and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency.

    • Make recommendations and ensure the company’s allocation of resources aligns with business needs and goals.

    • Ensure compliance with local and federal business laws.

    • Engage in new business development and foster relationships with new and existing clientele.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ten years of experience in real estate maintenance operations, ideally with a start-up

    • Single-family residential (SFR) experience preferred

    • 5-10 years of leadership experience

    • Analytical and critical thinker with the ability to connect multiple people to assess and propose improvements to the business

    COMPENSATION

    • Very competitive full benefits package

    • Salary commensurate with experience

    • $150,000 - $200,000 plus bonus/equity - Compensation may meet or exceed posted ranges
