JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a multifamily Controller in Oklahoma City, OK. The Controller will play a vital role in the growth and success of the entire accounting department, focusing on corporate and property accounting.

• Oversee all accounting-related data for the organization and implementation of new accounting standards.

• Create and develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

• Engage in client-facing situations, positioning the accounting function as an industry leader in financial reporting accuracy, timeliness, and client services.

• PSManage the preparation of technical accounting position papers for significant business transactions.

• Prepare and deliver technical accounting training programs and on-the-job training to others within the Property Accounting team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to be autonomous and take initiative while leading a team

• Appfolio, Yardi, MRI, or related real estate software experience preferred

• Real estate or multifamily experience preferred

COMPENSATION

• Compensation commensurate with experience

• $85K - $95K Compensation may meet or exceed posted ranges
